We are thrilled to announce that Mike Alexander has joined VCTI as Executive Vice President, Customer Delivery and Quality. Mike will focus on solution quality and comprehensiveness, product roadmap, and scalability in this role.
Mike joins our team after a long and distinguished career with Altice, most recently as their Senior Vice President – Construction, Outside Plant Maintenance, and Expansion Strategy. Mike brings a level of customer operational expertise that is invaluable as we accelerate the breadth and scalability of the solutions we deliver. His in-depth knowledge and domain expertise, from the service provider perspective, will be invaluable as we continue to evolve our offerings and partner with our customers to deliver growth and value to the industry.
